Marriage Licenses/Civil Ceremonies:

• Applications can be made in-person at 24 Summit Avenue, Hagerstown, MD 21740
• Civil Ceremonies are conducted as follows:
  • By appointment only:  9:00 am – noon and 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday
  • Per local Administrative Order – limited to the nine persons (including the parties being married and the officiant)

Business Licenses:

• Renewals can be submitted by mail or in-person
