Marriage Licenses/Civil Ceremonies:
- Applications can be made in-person at 24 Summit Avenue, Hagerstown, MD 21740
- Civil Ceremonies are conducted as follows:
- By appointment only: 9:00 am – noon and 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday
- Per local Administrative Order – limited to the nine persons (including the parties being married and the officiant)
