What is MDOR?

Maryland Online Resolutions (MDOR) is a service of the Maryland Judiciary designed to enable parties to resolve their case online – anytime, anywhere -using a smartphone, tablet, or computer. No courthouse visit necessary.

MDOR is available to three types of cases: Minor Traffic, Small Claims, and Child Access.

Is my data kept private on MDOR?

Yes, your data is kept private. The MDOR Privacy Policy is available from the MDOR website login page. Click here to be redirected to the login page.

Click on the "Privacy Policy" underneath ‘Signup’. This will open a pop-up window containing a detailed list of the MDOR’s Privacy Policy.

How secure is MDOR?

The platform provides security as follows:

  1. The Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is hosted in the cloud by either Amazon or Microsoft. Access to the hosted software is secured through Secure Socket Layer (SSL). SSL is a security protocol that creates an encrypted link between a web server and a web browser.
  2. The platform employs strong authentication and authorization with role-based access control to provide finer granularity and governance of your data.

You must also keep your login credentials and use a suitably complex password. Do not share your information with anyone. Our Platform will never ask you for your password.

I registered on MDOR but I am having trouble with the MDOR website what do I do? Who to contact for tech support?

Please review the knowledge base and instructional videos within MDOR first. Your answer is likely there. Only message your case manager if you can't find what you need or if the system is not working correctly.
