Dockets are posted each weekday afternoon at approximately 4 p.m. and weekday morning by 8:15 a.m. The afternoon docket will list the cases to be heard in the Circuit Court for St. Mary’s County Circuit Court on the next business day and the morning docket posting will provide any updates that have been made to the docket for that business day. Every effort is made to ensure that the dockets are up to date, however, last minute changes may occur. The day of the proceeding(s), current docket information can also be confirmed on the courthouse docket board found on the first floor of the courthouse.
