Baltimore City Wabash District Court

The District Court hears landlord/tenant cases, replevin actions, traffic violations, criminal cases classified as misdemeanors and certain felonies, and civil cases in the amount of $30,000 or less. The District Court does not conduct jury trials.

The courthouse is located at 5800 Wabash Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21215-3330. For assistance with special needs, contact the court immediately.

I-695 North
From I-695 North, take Exit 18 East, LOCHERN. (Liberty Rd. RT 26). Turn left onto Patterson Avenue (5th light). After you pass the second light, turn slight right onto Wabash Avenue. Continue 0.6 mile. The Edward F. Borgerding Court is on the right.

I-695 South
From I-695 South, take Exit 20, Reisterstown Road- PIKESVILLE. Drive approximately 2 to 3 miles until you see Reisterstown Shopping Center on the right side. At the next light, yield Right onto Patterson Avenue. Make a left at the second light onto Wabash Avenue. Continue 0.6 mile. The Edward F. Borgerding Court is on the right.

Downtown Baltimore
From downtown Baltimore, take I-83 N/Jones Falls Expressway to Exit 10B, NORTHERN PARKWAY - WEST. Continue on WEST NORTHERN PARKWAY for approximately 3 miles. Turn slight right onto Wabash Avenue. Make a left turn at Mt. Hope Drive. Make the first left into the parking lot. The Edward F. Borgerding Court is on the right side.

Bus Information 
MTA Buses, numbers 27, 58, 59 and 60, have bus stops nearby.
Metro and Light Rail - The Metro Subway Reisterstown Plaza Station is on Wabash Ave.
