The District Court hears landlord/tenant cases, replevin actions, traffic violations, criminal cases classified as misdemeanors and certain felonies, and civil cases in the amount of $30,000 or less. The District Court does not conduct jury trials.

Make right turn on Taylor Avenue. Parking available at second right, in Naval Academy lot. Patrons of the lot will be able to pay $10 for their parking either by scanning the QR Code on their entrance ticket via the ParkMobile app or pay via credit card or Apple/Google Pay at the exit gate. Cash will no longer be accepted. The shopping center parking lot across the street is a private lot for customers only. Unauthorized cars may be towed.
