The Assignment Office assigns court dates for all Civil, Domestic and Juvenile Judge events that are heard in the Circuit Court for Wicomico County. The Assignment Office also assigns court dates for all Magistrates' dockets heard in the Circuit Court for Wicomico County.
Dockets are posted on the Court's website each weekday and list the cases to be heard in the Circuit Court for Wicomico County during the following court day. Every effort is made to ensure that the docket is up to date; however, last minute changes to the docket may occur.
