CIRCUIT COURT - PETITION FOR WARRANT OF RESTITUTION (CC-CV-081)
Both Petition for Warrant of Restitution Forms are being revised to update the language of the "60 days" time limit on the execution of the warrant of restitution to comply with Maryland Law due to a time limit on execution of the warrant of restitution in only Failure to Pay Rent cases and not in other case types such as Tenant Holding Over, Breach of Lease and Wrongful detainer actions.
