In this topic you will go through the steps for updating and approving a position change request.
Steps:
Click the Main Menu button.
Step 1Click the Worklist menu.
Step 2Click the Worklist menu.
Step 3Click the FormApproval, 2411, POSCHG, 1900-01-01, N, 0, Position Change Req link.
Step 4Click the Go to Form button.
Step 5Verify the details of the request.
Step 6Click the Vertical scrollbar to move down the page.
Step 7Click the OK button.
Step 8A Position Change Request may be approved or denied.
When denying the request, a reason is required in the comment text box.
NOTE: In order to include a comment when denying the request the Deny button must be clicked first. A message will prompt to include a comment. Click the OK button and then enter the comments and click the Deny button again.
Step 9Click the Approve button.
Step 10Click the Home link.
Step 11Click the Sign out link.
