In this topic you will go through the steps for updating and approving a new position request.
Steps:
Click the Main Menu button.
Step 1Click the Worklist menu.
Step 2Click the Worklist menu.
Step 3Click the FormApproval, 2401, NEWPOS, 1900-01-01, N, 0, New Position Reques link.
Step 4Review and make any updates/corrections necessary.
Click the Go to Form button.
Step 5Verify the details of the request are accurate.
Step 6Click the Vertical scrollbar to move down the page.
Step 7Click the OK button.
Step 8A New Position Request may be approved or denied.
When denying the request, a reason is required in the comment text box.
NOTE: In order to include a comment when denying the request the Deny button must be clicked first. A message will prompt to include a comment. Click the OK button and then enter the comments and click the Deny button again.
Step 9Click the Approve button.
Step 10Notice the next level workflow approver is now green, checked, and status indicates Approved.
Step 11Click the Home link.
Step 12Click the Sign out link.
Step 13You have completed the steps for updating and approving a new position request.
