In this topic you will go through the steps for updating and approving a position change request.
Steps:
Click the Main Menu button.
Step 1Click the Worklist menu.
Step 2Click the Worklist menu.
Step 3You can sort the Worklist item pages by clicking on the Arrows, First or Last links.
Step 4Click the Last link.
Step 5Click the Vertical scrollbar to move down the page.
Step 6Click the FormApproval, 2411, POSCHG, 1900-01-01, N, 0, Position Change Req link.
Step 7Click the Go to Form button.
Step 8Verify the details of the request.
Step 9Click the Vertical scrollbar to move down the page.
Step 10Click in the Job Code field.
Step 11Click in the Salary Plan field.
Step 13Click in the Grade field.
Step 15Click in the Step field.
Step 17Click the OK button.
Step 19A Position Change Request may be approved or denied.
When denying the request, a reason is required in the comment text box.
NOTE: In order to include a comment when denying the request the Deny button must be clicked first. A message will prompt to include a comment. Click the OK button and then enter the comments and click the Deny button again.
Step 20Click the Approve button.
Step 21Click the Home link.
Step 22Click the Sign out link.
