UID 4063 - Run the Active Position Report

In this topic you will go through the steps of UID 4063-Run the Active Position Report.

Steps:

1. Click in the User ID field.

   Step 1

2. a valid value
    e.g.
   Enter
    "rebecca.west"
    into the User ID field.
   Step 2

3. Click in the Password field.

   Step 3

4. a valid value
    e.g.
   Enter
    "welcome1"
    into the Password field.
   Step 4

5. Click the Sign In button.

   Step 5

6. Click the Main Menu button.

   Step 6

7. Click the Organizational Development menu.

   Step 7

8. Click the Position Management menu.

   Step 8

9. Click the Position Reports menu.

   Step 9

10. Click the AOC Active Position Report menu.

    Step 10

11. Click the Search button to view previously created Run Control IDs.

     

    To create a new Run Control ID, select the Add a New Value tab.

     

    Step 11

12. Click the Add a New Value tab.

    Step 12

13. a valid value
     e.g.
    Enter
     "POSITION_REPORT"
     into the Run Control ID field.
    Step 13

14. Click the Add button.

    Step 14

15. Click in the As of Date field.

    Step 15

16. a valid value
     e.g.
    Enter
     "07/01/2015"
     into the As of Date field.
    Step 16

17. Click the Run button.

    Step 17

18. Click the Server Name drop-down list.

    Step 18

19. Click the PSUNX list item.

    Step 19

20. Click the OK button.

    Step 20

21. The system will display a Process Instance number. Use this number to monitor your report.

    Step 21

22. Click the Process Monitor link.

    Step 22

23. Click the Refresh button.

     

    You may have to click refresh button a few times before your report is posted as Success in the Process List section.

24. Click the Go back to Active Position Report link.

    Step 24

25. Click the Report Manager link.

26. Click the AOC_ACTIVPOS - ACTIVE_POSN_31538.pdf link.

    Step 26

27. Click the ACTIVE_POSN_31538.pdf link.

    Step 27

28. Review the details of the report.

    Step 28

29. Click the Close Tab button.

30. Click the Home link.

    Step 30

31. Click the Sign out link.
