Monitoring Certification Status & Registering for a Recertification Program

In this topic, you will view the expiration details for a current certification and register for the recertification program.

Steps:

1. Click in the User ID field.

   Step 1

2. a valid value
    e.g.
   Enter
    "stephen.stewart"
    into the User ID field.
   Step 2

3. Click in the Password field.

   Step 3

4. a valid value
    e.g.
   Enter
    "welcome1"
    into the Password field.
   Step 4

5. Click the Sign In button.

   Step 5

6. Click the Main Menu button.

   Step 6

7. Click the Self Service menu.

   Step 7

8. Click the Learning menu.

   Step 8

9. Click the My Learning menu.

   Step 9

10. The status of the certification program is listed under My Certification Status.

     

    Click the Program Name link to access the program page where you can review detailed information about what is required to complete

    the program.

    Step 10

11. The Status column displays the current status for the program. In this example, the program is in Warning status.

12. The Status Date column lists the date on which the current status took effect.

13. Click the Recertify link.

14. Click the Register button.

15. Click the Submit Registration button.

    Step 15

16. Click the My Learning link.

    Step 16

17. Notice you are now registered for Handgun Use and Safety Certification-2015.

18. Click the Home link.

    Step 18

19. Click the Sign out link.
