Revoking Delegation Proxies

In this topic, an Administrative Official revokes the responsibility for Job Offers and Job Openings Approvals.

Steps:

1. Click in the User ID field.

   Step 1

2. a valid value
    e.g.
   Enter
    "amy.bosley"
    into the User ID field.
   Step 2

3. Click in the Password field.

   Step 3

4. a valid value
    e.g.
   Enter
    "welcome1"
    into the Password field.
   Step 4

5. Click the Sign In button.

   Step 5

6. Click the Main Menu button.

   Step 6

7. Click the Self Service menu.

   Step 7

8. Click the Manage Delegation menu.

   Step 8

9. Click the Review My Proxies link.

   Step 9

10. All proxies are listed in the "My Proxies" page.  You now have the opportunity to select the delegation requests that you wish to revoke.

    Step 10

11. Click the Approve Job Offer option.

    Step 11

12. Click the Approve Job Opening option.

    Step 12

13. Click the Revoke button.

    Step 13

14. Click the Yes - Continue button.

15. Click the OK button.

16. Click the Home link.
