Preparing for Hire (Rehire)


Concept

In this topic, a recruiter will send a rehire request to HR.


Steps:

  1. Click in the User ID field.

     e.g.
    Enter
     "jeffery.qualey"
     into the User ID field.

  3. Click in the Password field.

  4. a valid value
     e.g.
    Enter
     "welcome1"
     into the Password field.

  5. Click the Sign In button.

  6. Click the Main Menu button.

  7. Click the Recruiting menu.

  8. Click the Search Job Openings menu.

  9. Click in the Job Opening ID field.

     e.g.
    Enter
     "1027"
     into the Job Opening ID field.

  11. Click the Search button.

  12. Click the Judiciary Clerk II link.

  13. Click the Other Actions menu.

  14. Click the Recruiting Actions menu.

  15. Click the Prepare for Hire menu.

  16. Click the Verify Employee ID link.

  17. Click the Carry ID button.

  18. A list of results will appear that could be possible matches to your applicant.  If you see a match, you will press the "Carry ID" button.

     

    In this example, the applicant is a rehire so his profile should already be stored in CONNECT.

  19. Click the Return button.

  20. Click the Type of Hire drop-down list.
