Notification of Notice Sent in Error on Petition for Appointment of A Receiver Cases:
Between September 23, 2024, and October 11, 2024, a notification regarding the appointment of receiver was sent in error to cases identified as Petition for Appointment of A Receiver. The notice that was sent did not change the original result or current status of the case. A follow up Notification of Notice Sent in Error has been mailed to parties that received the errored notice.

Baltimore City Fayette District Court

The District Court hears landlord/tenant cases, replevin actions, traffic violations, criminal cases classified as misdemeanors and certain felonies, and civil cases in the amount of $30,000 or less. The District Court does not conduct jury trials.

Take I-695 to 83 South (Jones Falls Expressway-right). Exit on Fayette St. Court is on left side, next to police headquarters.

MTA Buses, numbers 5, 6, 8, 19, 20, 36, 150, 160, 310 have bus stops nearby.
Metro and Light Rail Information: The Metro Subway Shot Tower Station is located on East Baltimore Street and from there you can transfer to MTA bus 20 to the Courthouse.
