The Insight pages provide you with a way to pull data from CONNECT to create the following reports:

• Time Reporting
• Absence Requests Reporting
• COOP Reporting
• Person Reporting
• Performance Reporting
• POI Reporting
• Class and Compensation Reporting
• Position Reporting

Each Insight page contains the set of data fields you can use to search the CONNECT database. The search results will display at the bottom of the page in a grid format for you to review (much like Excel). The availability to use the Insight pages is based on user role security for the following roles:

• Administrative Officials
• Deputy Administrative Officials
• Deputy Directors
• Deputies
• Human Resources
