Concept

In this topic, you will submit an Acting Capacity Request form.


Steps:

  1. Click the Main Menu button.

  4. Click the Job and Personal Information menu.

  5. Click the Acting Capacity Request menu.

  6. Click the "Search" button to view previously submitted requests.

     

    To submit a new request, click the "Add a New Value" tab.

  8. Click the Attachments tab.

  9. Use the attachments page to upload supporting documentation illustrating the individual's qualifications to perform the job duties of the position being filled.

     

    This might include a resume, application, performance review, etc.

    For this example, click the Francis Sherry Doc list item.
