  9. Click the My Performance Documents menu.

  10. Click the Current Documents menu.

  11. Click the Performance Improvement Plan link.

  12. Click the Vertical scrollbar to move down the page.

  13. Review the Manager Rating.

  14. Click the Learning tab.
