MARYLAND APPELLATE COURTS
UNREPORTED OPINIONS
Maryland Code Courts Article CJ §13-203 and Maryland Rule 8-113(a) provide for reporting of appellate court opinions.

Most decisions of the intermediate appellate court, the Court of Special Appeals, are not reported, as Maryland Rule 8-605.1 requires the Court to designate for reporting only those opinions that are of substantial interest. We post copies of these reported appellate opinions on the day they are filed.

As to those not reported, we provide a list of those cases.  Use of unreported opinions is restricted by court rule.  For more information on unreported opinions, please see Maryland Rule 1-104.
