If I begin on a Friday and my Onboarding session is the next week on Thursday, may I wait until the next Thursday to complete my I-9 form?

  • No
  • You must complete the I-9 on your first day.
  • By COB on your third work day (Tuesday -- in this instance) you must have the Judge’s Chambers complete Section 2 and provide your original ID to them.  The chambers will make a copy of your ID and attach to the original I-9 and forward both to Human Resources
