Parking will be prohibited around both courthouses during the hearing.  Parking restrictions will be strictly enforced.  A separate staging area for media trucks will be located at City Hall Plaza.  Media trucks may park at the staging area starting at 12:01 a.m. on the day of the hearing.  Media representatives must not block pedestrian walkways and sidewalks and cannot restrict any public areas for media use.

All media representatives should read the Security/Media Protocol Order to learn about the processes and procedures in effect during the pre-trial motions hearing.  Pursuant to this order, the provisions of the Security/Media Protocol Order dated August 26, 2015, shall apply to this hearing.  Media representatives should also be familiar with the Maryland Judiciary’s policy on Cell Phones, Other Electronic Devices, and Cameras in Court Facilities.
