Leonard L. Riskin, J.D., LL.M is Chesterfield Smith Professor of Law at the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida in Gainesville, discusses mindfulness for dispute resolvers. Professor Riskin has practiced mindfulness meditation for nearly 20 years. Mindfulness meditation is a tool used by lawyers, mediators and others who deal with conflict to help enhance their ability to deal with stress and provide a better service to clients.
