SALARY SCHEDULES

New salary schedules become effective July 6, 2016. Unlike the grade and step grid we have traditionally used, the new salary schedules have pay ranges (formerly known as grades). Each pay range provides a continuum that identifies the minimum and maximum amount of compensation for that range.  The range numbers in the new J and T salary schedules also have been changed. Click here to see the new salary ranges compared to the previous pay grades. For example, what used to be grade 4 is now range 1. Please know this does not indicate a reduction in your salary.

You can see your annual salary in CONNECT and where you fall within the pay range for your position.  To view your annual salary in CONNECT, go to the My HR tab and click on the Compensation History.

If you have any questions, please speak with your immediate supervisor or Administrative Official.
