Case
How do I obtain information about my case?
You can use the Judiciary's Case Search for Internet-based access to search for your case information.

You can also contact the clerk to give you information over the telephone about the date and time of a hearing. To do this, you need to call the clerk in the court where the case will be heard and provide the case number.

If you do not have the case number, you will need to access Case Search for the case number or go to the court where the case will be heard and search through the case records for your name. The clerk is unable to provide name searches.

If you wish to obtain official record of a case, file an Application to Inspect Public Records (DC34) with the court. There is a fee for photocopies of these records.
