employees. The Educational Assistance/Tuition Reimbursement Program has helped
hundreds of qualified employees improve their professional skills!
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Step 1. Read the Educational Assistance/Tuition Reimbursement Policy; read the Educational Assistance Program Fact Sheet
Step 2: At least 15 days prior to the registration of your course, submit the following documents to Professional Development (PD)
- The completed Application for Educational Assistance form
Attach a copy of the course description
Step 3: After completing your course, submit the following to PD:
The completed Tuition Reimbursement Request form
The Calculations Worksheet (MS Excel)
All original receipts
A copy of your signed and approved Educational Assistance form that was returned from PD earlier
A copy of your course grade
NOTE: We recommend you make a copy of all documents you submit to PD for your records.
