Maryland Judicial Conference
The Conference consists of all judges of the Court of Appeals, the Court of Special Appeals, the Circuit Courts, and the District Court of Maryland.
Judicial Cabinet: The Cabinet is chaired by the Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals and is composed of the Chief Judge of the Court of Special Appeals, the Chair of the Conference of Circuit Judges, the Chief Judge of the District Court, and the State Court Administrator. Assisting the Chief Judge in the superintendence of the Judiciary, the Cabinet considers policies affecting the judicial system.
Judicial Council: The Council was formed to oversee the Judicial Conference and serves as the principal policy advisory body to the Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals.
